Integration
We designed the architecture to easily integrate with systems that benefit from the Vodia Technology. ReaTel Integrate the service with almost any system that meets the integration quality standard and incorporates the security we accept.
The following is a sample of the integration that has already been completed.
EMR
RealTel integration with EMR systems enabled efficient call routing. Through the Auto Attendant, the patient's caller ID and the dialled number are used to identify the right agent. The agent can then speak on behalf of the doctor the caller wants to reach. The result was increased capacity for handling calls as well as an increase in patients and revenues.
Call Center and Answering Service
Answering Services enjoy RealTel service features such as integration with systems used to manage calls from each customer. Agents of answering services answer call on behalf of customers and they need to use a different customized script for each customer. The RelTel integration enables the agent to identify the caller's relationship with the right customer and so respond with the appropriate script.
Legal
RealTel services are already integrated with CRM systems such as SalesForce, Zoho, and HubSpot. Microsoft and Google contacts are also integrated. RelTel's ActionURL and server-side EMCA script make it easy to integrate with any CRM.
Legal Services
RalTel services provides legal firms with CDRs that include CMC (call management code) to relate calls to a cases and thus enabling more accurate and seamless call accounting.
Hotel
With RealTel service, hotels and motels can provide guests with quality phone service. Moreover, the service is integrated with some of the hotel management software so that the call records are automatically available for billing.

RealTel is the only system that integrates easily with Microsoft Teams. Customers can integrate RealTel devices and features with Teams, so both services are available to Teams users. With this integration, Team users will be able to use RealTel SIP Trunks for inbound and outbound calls, use RelTel Auto Attendant to redirect calls to Teams and other extensions, and manage business calls instead of individual calls.
